POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a hands-on and organized HR Generalist to support our growing retail business. This role delivers end-to-end HR services across multiple store locations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance. The successful candidate will help promote a positive work environment while acting as a reliable HR resource for employees and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
• At least two (2) years of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent HR role; experience in retail or multi-branch operations is an advantage
• Working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong overall computer literacy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
