You will actively engage in staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and talent management. - Act as HR Focal for second shift, working along with supervisors to provide best in class employee experience.
- Assist business groups in providing effective delivery of HR programs, services and support in the following key areas: Talent acquisition and headcount management, Career and employee development, Employee performance management, Employee onboarding, and labor relations.
- Contribute to our culture of equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Utilize broad spectrum of HR metrics and people data to drive decisions.
