About This Role:

Insight Global is excited to hire a part-time HR Generalist to support and strengthen our growing operations in the Philippines. This role will serve as the primary local HR partner for our Health staffing and education division and will also provide coordinated HR support to our international staffing consultants across APAC as needed.

Reporting to the Director of International HR, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring compliant, well-documented, and values-aligned HR processes. You will support HR operations, reporting, compliance, government filings and ESG-related initiatives while collaborating with HR, Operations, Legal and other cross-functional teams.
