**Human Resources Generalist (Healthcare)**
**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is hiring an experienced **HR Generalist** for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected healthcare organization in **San Jose, CA** .
**Pay & Schedule**
+ **$37.00–$41.00/hour DOE**
+ Full-time, temp-to-hire
+ **Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in San Jose, CA (required), 2 days remote**
+ Start time between 8:00 AM–9:00 AM
+ Must be available onsite for new hire orientations held twice monthly on Mondays
**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with managers on employee relations and performance matters
+ Support onboarding, leave administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment claims
+ Provide guidance on HR policies and California employment laws
+ Assist with recruitment, workforce planning, and personnel changes
+ Conduct new hire orientation and HR reporting
+ Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
