Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join a healthcare organization on a Contract basis. This role supports key employee lifecycle activities, from recruiting coordination and onboarding to leave administration, compliance, and records management. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid foundation in HR operations, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and separation activities, including preparing employment documentation, facilitating new employee orientation, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with departure procedures.
