Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full-cycle hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups. Create a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new team members. Coordinate with department leads to understanding hiring needs and timelines. Employee Engagement & Experience Plan and execute engagement activities, team outings, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns. Conduct regular check-ins and pulse surveys to maintain a strong workplace culture. Attendance, Leave & HR System Management Maintain attendance, leave, and time tracking via tools like Zoho People.
