We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a manufacturing organization in Whitby, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This hybrid opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing employee support, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to core people processes, promote policy compliance, and help managers and employees navigate HR programs and workplace practices with confidence.

• Manage the full hiring cycle by preparing postings, identifying candidates, coordinating assessments and interviews, drafting offers, and supporting onboarding activities.
