We are seeking an HR Generalist for a contract role in the White Plains area. This individual will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on professional who can adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and partner with leadership to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

+ Serve as a point of contact for employee relations inquiries and HR matters

+ Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

+ Support recruiting efforts, including screening and interview coordination
