Join our client in Mississauga as an HR Generalist, focusing equally on payroll and recruitment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite role is a 12-month contract.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR Generalist expertise, adept in full-cycle payroll functions and active recruitment for various roles. Responsibilities will include weekly payroll processing and effective management of compliance inquiries. You will also support recruitment initiatives for warehouse and office workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process biweekly and temp payroll efficiently
• Resolve payroll inquiries with accuracy
• Handle ROEs and contribute to year-end processes
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions
• Collaborate with temp agencies to fill roles
