As an Equans graduate you will have the exciting opportunity to experience the diverse and interesting world of one of the UKs biggest facilities management organisations.
Starting in September, you will join our induction with the other graduates in your cohort to start building your network and understanding of the business before your specific placement commences. Throughout your scheme, you will spend time within different HR teams to build a greater understanding of how to attract, develop and care for our people and help the business succeed.
