About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our People Engagement & Learning initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to employee engagement, learning and development, wellness programs, corporate events, and HR operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team to create meaningful employee experiences while gaining practical HR knowledge in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs, festive celebrations, and company events.
- Support company‑wide initiatives such as Sports Day, Annual Dinner, CSR activities, and culture‑building programs.
