Job Description
We are seeking an intern who is interested in a career in Human Resources and eager to gain practical experience in the field.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to explore the field of HR and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful intern will work closely with our Head of Human Resources in various aspects of human resources, such as assisting recruiters in recruitment and onboarding, driving employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks and projects.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16-weeks (4 months) internship.
What you will do:- Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Maintain and update the Job Description (JD) library to ensure accuracy and completeness across all roles.
- Liaise with HODs to collect and validate missing or outdated JDs.
- Support job posting activities on jobs board, school platforms, and talent community.
