Job Description
Responsibilities
- Staying up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and advising the business on compliance
- Handling employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner
- Negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements with labour unions
- Conducting regular training sessions for managers on labour law and best practices
- Representing the company in meetings with government labour agencies
- Maintaining accurate records of all labour-related documentation
- Providing guidance and support to the HR team on employee relations matters
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a labour relations or compliance role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
