Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Work Address: Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Law background is a strong advantage, especially in labor relations and disciplinary management
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manpower-intensive or field operations industries
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience drafting Notices to Explain, memos, administrative resolutions
- Excellent communication, writing, and record-keeping skills using computer tools like excel and word
- Strong ability to manage timelines and adhere to established deadlines
