Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or

related field

 With a year of experience in Training & Development is an advantage

 With strong interest in leadership, training, and organizational development

 Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills

 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
