- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders and directors, providing guidance on people-related topics including performance, employee relations, organizational matters, and workforce planning
- Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of all HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contracts, changes, terminations)
- Supervise payroll activities in collaboration with external providers, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations (social security, pensions, taxation)
- Maintain a strong understanding of Swiss labor law and HR practices, ensuring local compliance and best practices are applied
- Support and coach managers on day-to-day HR matters and complex employee situations
