HR Manager (Construction) Occupation: ADMINISTRATOR OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATION
My Client is a growing construction company seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to manage HR operations for both head office and site staff. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, work pass administration, payroll support, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations.
You will play a key role in maintaining smooth manpower operations and supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) via MOM portal (EP Online / WP Online).
Coordinate manpower deployment for various sites in compliance with MOM quota requirements.
Maintain accurate HR and payroll data; support monthly payroll processing and CPF, IRAS, and statutory submissions.
