Job Summary
The HR Manager (Business Partner) provides end-to-end HR support to commissary operations, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations to support organizational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Supply Planning
- Support workforce planning by validating manpower requirements, identifying talent gaps, and building external talent pipelines.
Performance & Competency Management
- Align team and departmental goals with company objectives.
- Manage competency frameworks and facilitate employee assessments.
Assessment & Selection
- Lead recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
