Generalist HR Manager
Generalist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry.
Duties & Responsibilities All HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contracts Industrial and Employee relations Performance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team) Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEE Development of employment policies and procedures Management of the corporate social investment Management of HR administrators Desired Experience & QualificationHuman Resources degree or related qualification is essential.
IR experience.
BBBEE experience.
Must be willing to travel within South Africa.
Package & Remuneration+- R50k-R55k CTC, including Provident Fund (dependant on experience and qualification). #J-18808-Ljbffr
