Job Summary The HR Manager will lead and establish the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for a new manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for setting up HR policies, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and supporting operational readiness from pre-opening through full production. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Setup & Strategy Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from ground up Establish HR frameworks aligned with business and operational goals Lead manpower planning and workforce structuring for factory operations 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (operators to management) Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and timelines Build talent pipelines for production ramp-up 3.
