Well-established island resort is hiring an HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, and payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment and HR operations
• Manage payroll and staff records
• Support employee relations and compliance
Requirements:
• Previous HR experience in hospitality
• Able to handle payroll independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in Bahasa and strong English languages required
Salary local package offer: IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000/month
