- Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland an internationally, from defining needs to offer management
- Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
- Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required
- Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies

- Previous experience within a small to mid-sized company within an HR Manager role
