A reputable Interior Fitout Company in Dubai is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is responsible for strategic HR planning employee engagement talent acquisition performance management compliance payroll and HR policy development. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the companys workforce and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & HR Administration
Manage onboarding for administrative staff and workers including uniforms safety gear and orientation.
Maintain and update the HR database annual leave records and employee master files.
Oversee daily attendance and overtime management.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
