Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of staff
- Employee relations: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
- Performance management: Setting KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing performance improvement plans
- HR compliance: Ensuring adherence to South African labour law , MIBCO, and company policies
