Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in phsychology, Human resource management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related course
- Master's Degree or CHRP / CHRM certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 8 - 12 Years of Progressive HR experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in managerial or supervisory role strong experience in all facets of HR
- Labor relations and disciplinary management
- Dole / NLRC compliance and due process
- High volume recruitment
- HR policies and employee handbook development
- Preferably with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or plant - based operations
