Job Description
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal systems, compensation, and benefits programs
- Develop HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Lead learning & development, training programs, and talent development
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare HR reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in HR, with management experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and best practices
