Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Sage HR & Payroll advantageous or similar
- Labour Law Expertise: BCEA, LRA, and EEA
- Policy Development
The Role
You will own the HR function, balancing compliance with a practical, solution-driven approach. Key responsibilities include:
- Compliance: Managing diverse employment contracts and developing HR policies.
