We are hiring a hands‑on HR Manager within our People function to take full ownership of performance management, employee development, and core people operations across our fast‑scaling, global business. This role is based in Dubai (full relocation package offered).

This is not a corporate HR role. We are looking for a builder and operator who thrives in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment and brings rigor and structure to a high‑growth business. Reporting to one of the Co‑Founders, you will be responsible for owning and continuously improving performance management and talent development, while acting as a culture champion and trusted partner to leadership. You will fully own review cycles, goal setting, employee guidance, and progressively take on broader strategic people operations beyond existing administrative support.
