Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our HR team and contribute actively to the execution of HR strategies and initiatives. This is a hands-on role encompassing the full spectrum of recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organisation’s talent acquisition objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate selection.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract and secure quality candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job advertisements.
- Oversee job postings across various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and other online portals.
