Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of recruitment, onboarding, learning and development administration, and core HR processes across the business. The role ensures that HR administration and industrial relations processes are managed accurately and consistently. It also ensures that statutory requirements are met in line with labour legislation and company policies.
This position is suited to an experienced HR professional who is confident operating independently within their scope, takes ownership of HR processes, and is interested in developing broader HR capability over time.
