Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR and administration operations
- Handle payroll processing using SAP Payroll / SAP HCM
- Ensure accurate salary processing, overtime, leave and final settlements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Monitor attendance and timekeeping systems
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee company administration including accommodation, transportation, visas, and office operations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support budgeting, manpower cost monitoring and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies
- Coordinate facilities and office maintenance activities
