Job Summary
The HR Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions for Ace Water Pte Ltd. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning
- Advise management on HR-related matters and best practices
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
