Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle, advise managers and employees, and ensure fairness and effectiveness.
- Compensation & Rewards: Assist in executing the rewards strategy and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Policy Development: Create, update, and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in HR with strong expertise in performance management.
- Understanding of local labor laws and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
