Established for more than 30 years, my client is a home-grown company in the shipping business that has earned a reputation as a trusted partner in the maritime industry. Due to their business expansion, they have established another business entity to provide marine services to serve the ever-evolving marine industry to meet the needs of the escalating service standards.

Reporting directly to the MD, the HR Manager is a newly created role and will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR including payroll processing, employee life cycle, develop and design performance management framework as well as to set up internal HR governance.
