HR Strategy & Business Partnering
. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned withoverall business objectives. . Partner with senior leadership to drive workforceplanning, organisational design, and talent management initiatives. . . Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels, ensuringa strong pipeline of local and foreign talent. . Manage the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) processand ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines when hiring foreign professionals. .
