Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for leading the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, ensuring alignment with the Company's goals and compliance with local employment regulations. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations, while acting as a key HR person to management and employees. Strategic HR Management Implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Work closely with management to provide HR advisory support on employee disciplinary matters, manpower planning and performance management.
Drive HR projects and initiatives from HQ to local level.
