Job Summary
Oversee comprehensive HR operations including recruitment, policy development, workforce planning, work pass management, and payroll administration to support business growth and compliance with Singapore employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to ensure effective workforce management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Singapore employment laws to maintain regulatory compliance
- Lead workforce planning and manpower strategy development to support operational needs and business objectives
- Administer all Work Pass matters (S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass) including application, renewal, and compliance monitoring to meet MOM requirements
