Job Description
You will lead and deliver the full range of human resources responsibilities for the Singapore office, while providing trusted HR advice to Group Management. This role owns both strategic people initiatives and hands‑on execution, ensuring HR operations, compliance, and workplace administration run smoothly and consistently.
Key responsibilities- Translate business priorities into practical HR plans, programs, and policies that support growth and performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for managers on HR matters, including employee conduct, grievances, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
