Profile: HR Manager-Textile-Surat-8.4 LPA
Experience:
- Minimum 7 Years of HR experience
- Textile Mill experience is mandatory
- Experience in dyeing, printing, processing, or textile manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience managing HR operations and team handling
Salary Range: 75k to 80k
Roles:
- Manage overall HR operations for the textile dyeing and printing mill.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Lead and supervise a team of 4 HR Executives.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for plant and staff hiring.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
