What will you be doing?
Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business areas, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance on people issues. Use HR data insights to support business decision-making.Manage and advise on a wide range of complex Employee Relations (ER) matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, conflict resolution and capability cases, ensuring alignment with employment law, regulatory standards and company policies.Coach and equip line managers to handle ER cases with confidence by providing guidance, tools, and training on absence management, performance, and disciplinary matters.Proactively manage absence cases, including short and long-term sickness, coordinating interventions such as occupational health referrals and phased return-to-work plans.
