Responsibilities
- Executes and monitors the company policies and guidelines and administers various HR plans and procedures for all personnel.
- Orients working regulation, code of conduct and Arkray branding to the new rank and file employees.
- Maintains company organization charts, employee directory and 201 files.
- Checks and prepares notices/memorandums to employees on salary and job level movement.
- Responsible for research, coordination and organizing company events and other incentive programs for employees.
- Monitors training database to ensure that training programs are facilitated according to plan and budget.
- Search checks and screens all potential training providers fit go the company's training needs.
