Job Description
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Administer performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct training and development programs.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in the canning industry is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned at Tambler, General Santos City
