Qualifications
- At least 2 years work experience as HR MANAGER.
- Bachelor Degree in H.R, Business Admin or Psychology.
- Good in communication skills, oral & written.
- Good in Organizational skills esp. HR system.
- With knowledge of Labor Law
- Problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Creating strategic HR plans
- Administering compensation and benefits programs
- Acting as a liaison between upper management and employees
- Supporting the performance review process
- Resolving conflict among employees
- Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
- Forecasting future staffing needs
