Directs, guides, and manages overall provision of human resource services for the company to include recruitment and staffing, organizational development, performance management, corporate governance, corporate communications, employee engagement, employee discipline.
The HR Manager coordinates the implementation of services, policies and programs; reports to the Vice President and is part of the Management Committee; and assists and advises company managers about human resource issues.
Educational Attainment
- College degree in Psychology or other Behavioral Science Course, MBA/MA an advantage
- Has at least Five (5) years of HR role in a SENIOR manager capacity
Experience
- Ten (10) years of progressive work experience in Human Resources Management and Development, five (5) years of which is in a managerial capacity.
