Human Resources Manager
- Candidate must be graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any Social Sciences, Business, Psychology and other relevant courses.
- Candidate must have strong Human Resources Management experience preferably in staffing/ Manpower.
- Proven success in implementing HR Programs like employee engagement, performance management, learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions.
- Relevant certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP may be preferred.
