Job Description
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
Qualifications
- Graduate of BSBA-HRDM or BS-Psychology
- At least 2-4 years of solid experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or supervisory role
- Strong personality and keen in terms of paper work
- With experience in payroll and recruitment etc.
- Detail oriented and with initiative
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs
- Willing to start immediately
