In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering HR reporting and dashboards, supporting key business cycles, and driving continuous improvement across HR MI processes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a suite of HR reports and dashboards to key stakeholders in line with an annual schedule
Manage and respond to HR MI queries, ensuring delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Interpret stakeholder requirements and provide insightful, data-driven solutions
Support HR surveys and ad-hoc reporting requests
Maintain and update SAP organisational structures
