This role will serve as the face of the company for night shift employees, ensuring strong employee relations, while also actively supporting recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive work culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting end-to-end HR and recruitment processes.
