Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Assist in client coordination and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, proposals, and office documents
- Maintain and update records, trackers, and databases
- Support report preparation (weekly/monthly) and data consolidation
- Assist in meeting coordination, minutes, and internal communications
- Provide billing and documentation support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
