David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience, who is looking to hire HR Officer to join their team in Bangkok.
Position: HR Officer
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Work model: hybrid (4 days office, 1 day Work-From-Home (Wednesdays))
Employment type: Contract based.
Remuneration: fixed monthly payment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling
Assist with onboarding activities including document preparation and coordination of employee orientation
Maintain and update employee records and HR database ensuring data accuracy
